Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and optimize booking operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of hotel reservation systems, revenue management, and guest relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring high levels of eficiency and accuracy.

  • Manage reservations sta:, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

  • Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to maximize revenue.

  • Implement strategies to increase bookings across all channels (direct, OTA, corporate, and group bookings).

  • Maintain excellent relationships with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Generate regular reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue metrics.

  • Collaborate with front office, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations management or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and revenue optimization experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.
