NUOVO RESTAURANT + BAR
Nuovo features an A la Carte menu with ingredients that are locally produced, responsibly sourced and seasonal. All meals are carefully prepared with passion by a dedicated team lead by our resident head chef Adrian Schreuder. We grow our own herbs and lettuces, which are incorporated into dishes on a seasonal basis. All other ingredients are responsibly sourced from suppliers within a 160-kilometre radius of the hotel.

- Dinner: 18h30-22h30

We serve a breakfast buffet from 04h30 till 10h00. Between 04h30 and 06h00, a continental breakfast buffet with hot meals available on request is served. Our full buffet breakfast (hot and continental) is available from 06h00 till 10h00. Travellers from all over the world constantly commend our extensive breakfast spread. A wide selection of fresh fruits, nuts, muesli’s, breads, pastries, cold meats and juices, as well as a full English breakfast is what you can expect.

Continental breakfast: 04h30 - 06h00
Full breakfast (hot & continental) : 06h00 - 10h00
Weekends full breakfast ( hot & continental) : 06h00 - 10h30

Our bar is open from noon to 01h00 daily. We offer unique cocktails and wines, as well as, craft beers from local brewers to encourage small businesses. The beers are available on tap to reduce the carbon footprint involved in transportation and packaging. Similarly, we filter, bottle and carbonate water on site into reusable glass bottles.
Our red wine selection is showcased in a glass case, which the hotel’s innovative cooling system keeps at just the right temperature.

Every effort is made to use only the freshest ingredients in the preparation of food and beverages served by the Hotel.
Food and beverages served on the Hotel premises, including dairy products, frozen desserts, ice cream, juices, preserves, jams, meat, preserved meat and proprietary sauces may contain artificial colourants, flavourants and preservatives and, in addition, have been prepared and packaged on the premises and through a process which may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
The Hotel also prepares and serves non-Halaal and non-Kosher foods.
Hotel Verde and/or Verde Hotels (Pty) Ltd, the owner/operator and manager of the Hotel, their respective directors, officers, affiliates, employees, representatives and service providers (collectively described as “Hotel Verde”) shall not be responsible or liable for any death or injury to any person or loss or damage to any property, howsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from use of the Hotel food services, restaurants and associated facilities, whether due to negligent acts or omissions of Hotel Verde or not. All entities and persons of Hotel Verde are indemnified and held harmless in respect of any responsibility, liability and/or damages, direct and indirect, as aforesaid.
