Nuovo features an A la Carte menu with ingredients that are locally produced, responsibly sourced and seasonal. All meals are carefully prepared with passion by a dedicated team lead by our resident head chef Adrian Schreuder. We grow our own herbs and lettuces, which are incorporated into dishes on a seasonal basis. All other ingredients are responsibly sourced from suppliers within a 160-kilometre radius of the hotel.

Breakfast Buffet

We serve breakfast from 04h30 to 10h00 to ensure that our guests catching early flights are still able to get a bite in. Travellers from all over the world constantly commend our extensive breakfast spread. A wide selection of fresh fruits, nuts, muesli’s, breads, pastries, cold meats and juices, as well as a full English breakfast is what you can expect.


Our bar is open from noon to 01h00 daily. We offer unique cocktails and wines, as well as, craft beers from local brewers to encourage small businesses. The beers are available on tap to reduce the carbon footprint involved in transportation and packaging. Similarly, we filter, bottle and carbonate water on site into reusable glass bottles.

Our red wine selection is showcased in a glass case, which the hotel’s innovative cooling system keeps at just the right temperature.
